and in addition 22% for playing

• only 6% of days are "no-wind" days (less than 3 Bft), available for other enterprises

• because of island geometry there is never a directly offshore wind
• we have kept a wind chronicle since 1987 - data base - for everyone to check
• monthly and annual graphics are available for long-term planning
